Baum charges credit to answer you. One burned BAUM is one credit, a reply costs 5 — or 1 if you hold a Broker. Buy below, burn below, and the credit is on your chat before you close the tab.
How the credit works
- One BAUM, one credit. Fixed, and it is the half that never moves — every credit that exists matches BAUM that was destroyed, which anybody can check against the chain.
- A reply costs 5 credits, or 1 with a Broker. One debit per message you send, even when answering it takes several steps. By text it is 20: Texts cost 4x, and the Broker discount doesn't apply, except deploying an agent, which costs the same as anywhere.
- Burning is not paying us. The BAUM goes to a contract that can do exactly one thing with it, which is destroy it. Nothing routes to a wallet of ours.
- Nothing is charged for an answer you did not get. A failed or refused reply is refunded automatically.
- You will be warned before you run out. Baum tells you in the chat when your balance falls past 500 and again at 50.
